I am a licensed clinical social worker providing therapy in the Seattle area.
My background includes working with individuals and families coping with acute and chronic medical conditions in hospital settings. As a member of a palliative care team, I offered bereavement support and counseled patients and family members through life’s most difficult moments. I also have experience serving on a mental health crisis team, supporting people during periods of high stress, trauma, and emotional pain.
My areas of focus include:
Grief and loss
Adjustment to illness
Anxiety and depression
Postpartum anxiety and depression
Relationship difficulties
I draw from evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), mindfulness, and solution-focused therapy to help clients gain insight, develop effective coping strategies, and move toward greater balance and well-being.
I especially enjoy working with adults navigating major life changes such as postpartum transitions, health conditions, the death of a loved one, or relationship challenges. My goal is to help clients feel understood and empowered as they build resilience and self-awareness.
